On this romantic Saturday evening, March 7th, you can enjoy great live music during more than 25 mini concerts at different locations on Noordeinde, Plaats and Heulstraat. The concerts are given by the Hofstads JeugdOrkest, members of the Residentie Orkest and the Royal Conservatory with the top of the Dutch Jazz scene.
This evening, various restaurants in the Noordeinde will serve special Nocturne Menus and the entire street will be festively lit with torches. The galleries, design stores and other special boutiques will be open until late, so you can optimally enjoy all the beauty that Noordeinde has to offer! Nocturne in Project 2.0 / Gallery
On this romantic musical evening at 20h30, Project 2.0 / Gallery will be filled with the sounds of the violin and the grand piano provided by the international duo Momoko Noguchi and Yukiko Hasegawa. They play for you compositions by Ravel, Satie and Piazolla. At 21h15 the grand piano will be taken over by the jazz pianist Juraj Stanik with on the saxophone special guest Marco Kegel. Juraj Stanik is internationally known for his lyrical way of playing with influences from classical music. On the one hand he was influenced by the most influential jazz musicians such as Herbie Hancock and Mulgrew Miller, and on the other by composers such as Chopin, Debussy and Bartók.
